Manser & Co are a building company based in Botallack, St Just near Penzance in Penwith, Cornwall.
We offer a complete building service from foundations to roof, with projects ranging from barn conversions, new builds and extensions to renovations, refurbishments and roofing.
We have an OFTEC registered in-house plumber who is also qualified in solar panel installation, and we employ qualified and reliable sub contractors to carry out electrical work. All other trades; block laying, plastering, carpentry, roofing, tiling, painting and decorating are carried out in-house.
We have been working together as a team for over 15 years although many of us have 25 years experience in the building industry. We have steadily grown as a company based on our local reputation.

All members of the team are qualified to NVQ2 level or above and we all hold Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) cards.
Manser & Co is also an Investor in People and a Local Authortity Building Control Partner.
